CONGRESS REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 24, 2026 

Early Registration Congress Participation Fee: 2,500 TL
Early Registration for Undergraduate and Graduate Students: 1,500 TL
Early registration fees are valid until April 19, 2026. For participation without a presentation, the participation fee is 2,500 TL.
A person may present a maximum of two presentations.
Participation fees after the early registration deadline (April 19, 2026)
 
LATEST Congress Participation Fee: 3,000 TL
LATEST Congress Participation Fee for Undergraduate and Graduate Students: 2,000 TL
For participation without a presentation, the participation fee is 3,000 TL.
 
For Family Registrations:
Participants attending the conference with their families must complete the registration form for all family members and pay the conference participation fee for all family members as follows: 
Children Aged 0–5: Free
Children Aged 6–10: -Early Registration Fee: 1,250 TL -Late Registration Fee: 1,500 TL
Children 11 Years and Older and Other Participants: -Early Registration Fee: 2,500 TL -Late Registration Fee: 3,000 TL
 
Services included in the participation fee:
· Two lunches at the congress (May 7-8), (Dardanos Hotel)
· One dinner at the congress (May 7), (Dardanos Hotel)
· Gala program (May 8 - Double Tree by Hilton),
· Tea and coffee, etc., during congress breaks. Beverages and cookies,
· Congress bag and special surprise gifts,
· Congress materials,
· Social outing and lunch (May 9),
· Participation in two days of congress papers and presentations
