Manuscript Guidelines

PAPER ABSTRACTS WRITING RULES AND PRINCIPLES
Abstracts must be submitted in both Turkish and English. The length of the abstracts, excluding the title and keywords in both languages, should be between 300-350 words and must be submitted using the provided abstract template. The abstract should clearly outline the purpose, methodology, data set, results, and originality of the study.

FULL-TEXT PAPER WRITING RULES AND PRINCIPLES
Full-text papers, including the references, must not exceed 25 pages. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected by the congress secretariat and will not be considered for review. Full-text papers must be prepared in accordance with the following guidelines.
 
Texts must be prepared using MS Word 2003 or a higher word processing program for Windows. In the full texts to be prepared; The font should be Times New Roman, line spacing should be 1 line, page size should be A4 (210X290 mm.) and margins should be 2.5 cm for all edges. The text should be written in 11-point font, justified, and there should be a space between paragraphs. Line returns in paragraphs should be indented 1 tab.

Paper Title and Author Information
The titles should be written in capital letters for the first letter of each word, in 14-point font, bold, and centered. The author's name should be written with the first letter capitalized, and the surname in uppercase letters, in 11-point font, bold, and centered. The title, affiliation, and email information of the authors should be numbered with superscript and written in 10-point font, centered.
 
The authors' ORCID information should be provided with a link to the  as shown in the abstract template. To add the link, right-click on the symbol, select “Edit Link,” and paste your ORCID link (https://orcid.org/XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) in the "Address" section.
 
Summary
Full-text papers must have both a Turkish and an English title. The abstract should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines specified in the full-text template.
 
Sections and Subsections
Section and subsection headings should be in 11-point font, bold, with the first letter of each word capitalized, and written in two lines. There should be one blank line before the headings. After the heading numbers, a period should be placed, followed by a space.
Example:
1. Introduction
2. Literature Review
3. Data and Method
3.1. Data
 
Figures, Graphs and Tables
Figures, graphs, and tables should be centered within the text and must be referenced within the text. When making references in the text, expressions such as “in the figure below” or “in the table above” should be avoided. Instead, references should be made by indicating the figure, graph, or table number. Example: "As shown in Table 1."
 
Figure and graph titles should be placed below the figure or graph, numbered, with the first letter of each word capitalized. They should be written in 10-point font, bold, and centered.
 
Table titles should be placed above the table, numbered, with the first letter of each word capitalized. They should be written in 10-point font, bold, and left-aligned.
 
In-text Citation and Bibliography
All sources cited within the text must appear in the reference list, and all works listed in the reference list should be cited within the text. A two-way check should be conducted to verify this. The references should be listed alphabetically by the author's last name and written in 10-point font.
 
Footnotes should not be used for citations. The in-text citation method should be used instead. The APA (American Psychological Association) citation style should be adopted for in-text citations. In-text citations should be formatted as follows, depending on the number of authors:
 
For one-author:   Yılmaz (2021) / (Yılmaz, 2021)
For two authors:  Demir and Kaçmaz (2020) / (Demir and Kaçmaz, 2020: 56)
For three or more authors:  Güney et al. (2020) / (Güney et al., 2020: 82)
 
Bibliography Writing Rules According to Types:
Notes: Red coloring has been applied to indicate places where italics should be used.
"and" should be replaced with the "&" symbol. A comma should be placed before the "&" symbol, as shown in the examples below.
Authors with two or more names should have no space between the initials of the two names; for example, it should be written as "Yıldırım, A.C.".
